Fees and Services

All you need is your toothbrush, to feel right at home. The house is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. Bed linens and towels, Internet, gas & electric, TV reception and weekly cleaning are included. If you are flying into San Diego, we will give you a ride from the airport. We provide paper product and a good portion of your groceries. There is also a court yard with barbecue grill, Ping Pong table and swimming pool available.

Private Room:        $1120-1180/ 4 weeks

Damage/Security Deposit   $200 (refundable)
